SUSHITA was founded in 1999, originally for the purpose of preparing and distributing Japanese food, being the first company in Spain to market sushi platters.
During all these years Sushita has achieved a leading position in the commercialisation of sushi, also developing other oriental products such as its line of wok dishes, dim sum and sauces.
We distribute daily to more than 3,000 clients including: large distribution companies, convenience stores, hotel groups, large companies, airports and institutional organisations. We have an efficient logistics system that guarantees daily sushi delivery in 48 hours.
We use raw materials such as sustainable salmon, rice with certificate of origin and Spanish vegetables, which guarantee the success in the quality of our products. We use a liquid nitrogen freezing method, the most advanced conservation technology that does not alter the organoleptic properties of products.
